Client Selection

I only take clients who I feel I can help and make a measurable difference in their business and personal lives. I only work with clients who have been in business a 8-10 years or more and fully comprehend the commitment required to reap the rewards from this system.

Change

Progressive and effective change is gradual and happens over a period of time. Small businesses have a limited capacity to absorb change, which is the reason why so many fail to add the structure, systems, and processes required to operate effectively. To participate in my coaching programs all coaching clients agree to a minimum 12-18 month engagement.
